From reading the article it does appear to be a step in the right direction but then again it does say that outdoor is safer than indoor and non-contact safer than contact. Wrestling being a full contact indoor sport would seem in jeopardy. Maybe I read it wrong. FYI, was in AZ this weekend with about 15 of us.
