By international law and convention amateur radio licences don't allow 'Broadcasting', a broadcast licence is required.
haha, yes it's fairly hopeless at times, I asked it about Radio Jackie, there was not one correct fact in the entire response, it was pure fiction. If people get to rely on it we are in trouble.
The Bing version seems a bit better than Google Bard but the danger is its' responses are given with authority and if you are not familiar with the subject are believable.
Artificial intelligence is confused here since 6070 is in the shortwave broadcast bands with a 10kw transmitter.
Looks like their summary of this

This Sunday Robbie Owen asked ChatGPT to come up with a 20 song themed playlist, can't remember the theme but it was fairly specific. The vast majority of them were incorrect.
According to the Google Bard AI, so it maybe complete ***
"Radio Channel 292 doesn't have a German license but an amateur radio license from the German Amateur Radio League (DARC).
In 2012, the German public international broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW) decided to close down one of its 500 kW shortwave broadcast transmitters near Munich. A group of German radio amateurs, including Harald Kuhl (DL1ABJ), applied for and were allocated the then available short wave frequency of 6070 KHz in 2013. This group now have an operational 10 kW station on the frequency, using the driver stages from the old Deutsche Welle transmitter.
The station is not a commercial broadcaster and does not receive any funding from the government or private donors. It is run entirely by volunteers and relies on donations to keep operating."
Anyone know What legislation does Germany have that allows hobby access to the shortwave broadcast bands?
What is stopping other countries in the region doing the same?
