They’re great, but they do require some getting used to as they are not non-stick in the traditional sense and you kinda have to relearn how to cook in them. Eggs particularly are tough. But yes, once you get the hang of regulating the temperature and letting proteins release themselves, they’re great pans, cook better, and last.
