...and equip them and train them to defend our country, yet most of the time they're not really doing anything to really defend our country.
And many of them WANT to be doing something to defend their country.
So let them do it.
The military was sent into Mexico just before we entered World War I to try and track down Poncho Villa and his thugs. That didn't work out so well, of course.
