Yes, aspirin does....but it has many more saving features too.... So, pick your medicine....and read their side effects.... I just figured pharmaceutical companies needed to promote Tylenol and needed doctors to naysay aspirin (since it is much cheaper and treats the same thing as Tylenol)...is all....As Tylenol & Ibuprofen have damaged many a person if you take too much...it is either their kidney's or liver damage, if I remember right...?
