If he got hit at all (and the frontal aspect video does NOT unequivocally show that), it was a slight glance as he danced out of the way - while firing his first shot, the one that went through the windshield - of a vehicle moving at about 2-3 mph. It didn't even hit him hard enough to disrupt his aim.

There might be some reasonable rationale for that first shot (although him drawing his sidearm while the vehicle was still in reverse would enormously undermine his defensive case), there is none for the two follow-up shots through the driver's side window. If this goes to trial, he's going down.

If it doesn't go to trial, that could turn out worse for him...'coz as soon as his identity is confirmed, he's doing to face the mother of all doxxings.
