Re: For those who must know the ending!
I'm looking forward to seeing how you flesh it out. I've seen the film "First Contact" so familiar with the back story. Oh the people you could add to your list, Frank Whittle, Richard Feynman, Hawking, a few from the future we don't know about yet would be a good idea just to suggest a logical realistic projecting forward; cool names like Ian Allan Hobbes, the father of Bubble Propulsion Theory, or the greatest material scientist of the 22nd century Justice Isandhi (the inventor of transparent aluminium), and Mary Darlene Gestracht, the first person to model the properties of dilythium and perfect its artificial practical manufacture in a crystal of proper configuration. Why does my brain play with this so? Especially as you gave me fair warning not to muddy the creative waters with critique? My apologies but dam the brainstorming is fun! Grin!
