Liverpool FC and the song they use as an anthem, "You'll Never Walk Alone".

I suppose they will be banning that next (not that I am a Liverpool supporter) since it comes from "Carousel", a warhorse of musical theatre and absolutely dreadful. Anyone who has ever been in a production of it knows it as "Caro-hell" and the plotline summed up as "spouse abuse, suicide, and clambakes".

I truly believe Rogers and Hammerstein were doing mushrooms when they wrote that miserable thing, more holes in the plot than a sieve and certainly at least the wife-beating bits would make the trigger list! GRIN!

I'd love to see how a group of the victim culture get on when they tell a bunch of Liverpool supporters they can't sing that anymore because it's offensive. I doubt even the obligatory emotional-support purse-dog would survive that encounter.
