Just calling into the club to see how everyone is faring?

For myself the Metformin seems to doing something as I no longer feel like death every morning and I'm looking forward to my next blood test round about September.

Lost 6 pounds off the old waistline so that's a positive and now just awaiting results of the knee scan I had last week.
