Hi Healey, Read your post concerning your own battle with diabetes ( I think) apologies if I got that wrong.

In my case I resorted to my childhood diet of Sardines, pilchards and cheap chicken thighs.
Coming from a poverty background with nine of us in the house that's all there ever was to eat, with a bit of offal thrown in as and when we could afford it.

Now I'm not advocating that for you Healey but something along those lines might just do it who knows?
