I guess that means you have no interest in American football then, as "flopping" is an American term used for faking injury for the benefit of the referee in American football rather than in the international game.

I don't know that flopping earns any action against the flopper in American football, while "diving" in the international game does earn a yellow-card for unsporting behaviour.
