It's all about 'winning and losing' to people like you. It's NOT about ideas or what's right or wrong, unless you mean ideas on how to win elections by promoting lies and hatred.
For Republicans, it's about dividing and conquering so that they can 'win' elections, grift the gullible and protect themselves... and the "unborn"... certainly not the born, unless you are rich.
It's about greed and dishonesty... replacing science, education, health, safety... to give tax cuts to the rich.
So the POINT is... the lies, hate and division seems to have worked for the GOP to "win" elections... so why should they change anything or listen to anyone?
