The No Kings Rally that is to take place on June 14th in KC and across the nation is already shaping up with a planned increase in police presence. My husband is on the safety team for the Indivisible protest group, and they are discussing these concerns and trying to work with the local police ahead of time to avoid any trouble, but some of the shops and businesses in the Plaza district (where the rally will take place) have hired their own security people who are not even well trained.
