AAA is really A
AA is more like B-
The AA1 is a little lower. Like a C.
Call it a kind of grade inflation.
Their C is an F. They don't have an F.
C is the bottom.
Moodys isn't done. The AA1 means it will be re evaluated sometime soon, prolly with another downgrade, thanks to the BBB>
