is rooted in eugenics. As did Hitler, many of them believe in a superior race or superior genes. Thus, if they cut off aid for the poor and sick, and cut funding for science, education, hospitals, vaccines, etc... they hope to weed out the undesirables... and then it will be 'heaven' on earth?
