if nothing else, to bring attention to the fact of what was actually IN the bill, that showed how little Republicans actually care about working class and needy people. We also got a small taste of what these cuts can and will do to communities, food pantries, etc. To let it drag out further would only serve to show that Democrats don't care any more about the American people than Republicans do. Not to mention dragging out the release of the Epstein files....

Just maybe, people will begin to pay more attention now.
