Fairly normal for my area for Summer through September. I replaced one of two window air conditioners, 10,000 BTU supposedly for four hundred square feet.

My adobe building is nearly double the square feet, but I seem to be able to keep the building near 75F. Now I await my next electric bill to see how extra it will be.

I rarely go outside for more than 40 minutes a day. There are some advantages to being mostly housebound.
