It was GIVEN as a red card, and the red card was not revoked.
Balogun is still subject to the red card, at least if he commits another offense in coming months.
So all that was done, at Trump's behest, was to remove the SUSPENSION against Balogun for the Belgium game. This was contrary to FIFA'a own rules, as UEFA (European football federation) has pointed out.
That's corruption.
Glad USMNT lost. They didn't deserve to win.
