We have black bear, grey & red squirrels, flying squirrels, chipmunks, mink, whitetail deer, bobcats, porcupines, skunks, oppossums, foxes, hordes of wild turkeys, buzzards, coyotes galore, bald eagles, Hawks, moose, a gazillion birds, crows, blue heron, field mice, all kinds of snakes, skunks, raccoons, and a crazy amount of turtles, a variety of frogs including a few BLUE ones!, rare salamanders, the occasional Fischer cat. No doubt there's more but that's off the top of my head.
My favorites to watch are the hummingbirds on my yellow trumpet vine flowers, the bobcat families in the spring, my beloved red squirrels, and getting good pix of the bald eagles before they fly away.
We get the nightly serenades from the pond too. Crickets, peepers, tree frogs, and other pond critters are loud, but so comforting to hear at night! Do you enjoy your serenade too?
