get some of his ICE thugs to make trouble or shoot at some voters... but I doubt that, too. They will be vastly outnumbered, and some citizens may even be packing themselves. He may try to have them check people's IDs or citizenship papers, or cause enough trouble to call a national emergency... but I don't think that will fly, either.

I would suggest that people have all of their 'proof of citizenship' papers and photo ID with them on voting day... just in case.
