you took on the ice last winter? Maybe it will go away? I am still recovering from the broken wrist, ruptured tendon and surgery to repair that. The doc said it may be a year before the stiffness goes away. I keep trying to work it out but it feels like I have rigor mortis in that hand and I wonder if it will ever get better… but I am trying to keep the faith. Maybe some physical therapy would be helpful for you?
