..i had a subdural hematoma from putting my face inadvertently into a wall (fainted after I stood up and walked forward). It didn't show for months, but when I started having symptoms like numbness and a little slurred speech, the doctor said 'go to the ER.'

I ended up having a catheterization which sealed off a small artery which had been bleeding into the dura, the tissue covering the brain. The post-surgery CT scan showed a small stroke, which didn't affect me, luckily.

The brain is a dangerous area to mess with. I came out OK. Sorry about your tremor.
