Her own texts with one of them and some of her other friends shortly afterwards show her dawning realization that what little she did remember was only the beginning and that she HAD been gang raped over several hours after being drugged.

The DA, Van Houten, is motivated to lie because he failed to do his due diligence. He has since been replaced as DA in charge of this case. You'll see how remiss he was with previous sexual assault on campus.

A Seven-Year-Old Understands What These Men Don't.

Normally once I get an article out and written down, I feel better. It is like getting some monster off of my back and clearing my mind. It allows me to look at the next topic or the next situation that I need to cover. In fact, I’ve found that I can have an important topic to cover, and if I don’t get the one that is bothering me out, I can’t write anything.

This is the first time I’ve written an article, posted it, and still been unable to get my mind to reset and think of something else. In fact, I was so angry about this case that instead of doing my normal posting at 9am, I posted it almost as soon as I finished the article.

My original article for today was about the airline pilot who was stabbed by his co-pilot and the reports that some guy broke the door down and saved the entire plane by landing it in Saudi Arabia. I have a lot on that story, and I want to get to it. But I can’t.

I can’t stop thinking about the Cornell 7 and that poor girl. I can’t get the messages she sent out of my mind. I can’t get the fact that you can follow the messages and see her realize what happened in almost real time. I have such a level of rage and fury about it that I need to talk about it. I’m going to say sorry ahead of time, because this article is for me.

I need to start by explaining something that I’ve taught my children. There is never a point that you have the right to anyone else’s body. There is never a moment that you have the ability to make the decision about what someone else does with their body. My son knows that if he asks to hug someone, and they say no, then it’s no. There isn’t a second question. There isn’t a “but it’s only a hug.”

My son is 7. He understands this concept. My seven-year-old son understands that if his friends are doing something wrong, they aren’t his friends. He knows that his place in this world is to do what is right, even when being right is harder than doing nothing. He is seven and understands that.

He even understands that if someone wanted a hug before, and now doesn’t want one, then that is their right. That is how consent works. You have no rights over someone else’s body. You have no claim over someone else’s autonomy. A child understands this.

If a child can understand these concepts, then why am I hearing Matt Walsh call this “a Duke Lacrosse/UVA-style hoax,” and why is Ben Shapiro saying her account “radically changed” despite them being able to see the exact same information that I can see?

Is it because these are a group of affluent boys who were going to an Ivy League school? I know for a fact that if the boys had been transgender, then both Matt Walsh and Ben Shapiro would have been screaming to everyone within sight that this is what they have been warning people about.

These are the same people who wanted to give ICE unchecked power and authority because of what a single person did to Laken Riley. These are the same people that are trying to make laws against people protesting Palestine. Again, these are the same men who say that trans people are mentally deranged sexual deviants who want to harm women.

Yet when a woman is harmed by mentally deranged sexual deviants, they want to defend the sick fucks. When they have the very thing happening that they are claiming they are afraid of happening, they decide that the victim is no longer worthy of being considered a victim.

I even had a reader explain that as much as they think what happened is horrible, everyone knows that frat parties are akin to swimming with alligators. They said going to these was as safe as playing in traffic. They said even their grandparents knew that these were dangerous places for women.

This reader never understood that this means this problem has existed since before their grandparents, and it has gone ignored. In fact, Cornell itself had another incident at a frat a few years ago. In 2016, Cornell’s Psi Upsilon president, Wolfgang Ballinger, was accused of locking a woman in his fraternity bedroom and forcing oral sex.

For all of this, he was charged with three felonies and pleaded to a misdemeanor for six years of probation. The prosecutor who said “The victim believes that this is justice” was Matthew Van Houten, the DA who declined charges here. In 2022, frat parties were suspended after at least four students reported being drugged and one reported a sexual assault.

There used to be a time in this country when people with dark skin were told that going into certain towns was asking for trouble. If there was a Black man who came out and said that he was beaten by people, would you blame him for being in the wrong place?

If you parked your car on the side of the street, and someone broke into your car and stole it, would it be your fault? Everyone knows it’s easier to steal a car that is on the side of the road. Does that mean you are responsible for its theft? How about if it was stolen by a friend of yours who you had let drive the car before? Does he get away with stealing your car because you let him drive it before?

I genuinely thought that people were blaming Jane Doe because they didn’t understand that ketamine worked the way it did. I thought that it was just a group of misinformed people who thought using ketamine would be like smoking weed or doing coke. I figured that people wouldn’t realize it caused amnesia and dissociation, and so people were just incorrectly assuming her mental state.

Then I heard the country’s most infamous pedophile and rapist speak about the entire situation. “Cornell is a fine school, and I’m sure they’ll do what’s right.” That was his first remark. Nothing about what happened. Instead, he was more concerned with protecting the reputation of a school that paid his administration $60 million last November. Then Trump said that the boys won’t get a “fair shake.”

If you are more concerned with being fair to rapists than you are with protecting victims, then you don’t care about fairness. You care about privilege. I expect this from the man who said that talking about sexual assault was just “locker room talk.”

Matt Walsh is claiming that Jane Doe took part in a drug-fueled orgy where “the drunk men have just as valid a claim to being raped.” One accused man told investigators he was the victim because he was too incapacitated to consent. A photo of her was shared in the frat’s Snapchat group that night, and the messages were leaked to her by a fraternity member outraged by what his brothers were said to have done.

Shapiro has been standing behind the claim that she changed her story two years later, despite that being an outright lie. She reported on November 8, 2024, three weeks after the horrible event. In her interview that month, she told the investigators that she realized she had been gang-raped. You know, because ketamine makes you have amnesia. She learned her gang rape occurred because of online forums.

She told campus police in 2024, “I can say with 100 percent confidence that I was raped.” The six-page statement police compiled left that out. The police didn’t think it was worth adding to the report. The DA says he decided on that summary and the Snapchats alone. Meanwhile, the group chat advertised “free pussy upstairs,” and five of the seven got suspensions, workshops or written assignments. One of the accused little fucks told investigators he was the victim.

I have gone through these files and texts multiple times. I’ve read the statements of the people who were involved, and I’ve read the statements of the people who are pushing misinformation to smear this poor girl. The more and more I read and the more I take in, the more I can’t help but feel a sense of rage.

I was raised by women. I had the kind of dad who went out to get a pack of Newports and didn’t come back until I was in my 20s. I had my mom and my grandmothers in my life who were the ones who raised me. I have a daughter. Let me be clear here because I want to make sure I make my stance on the events crystal clear.

If this happened to my daughter, I wouldn’t be protesting and demanding justice. I would remind the world exactly who Gary Plauché was. If you don’t know, google it.

There is no situation that any woman can be in which makes her responsible for being sexually assaulted. Let me be absolutely clear with this since I think the point is lost. If it is the middle of sex and she says “no,” then there is no consent. That is how consent works. Here is the part that people don’t seem to understand about consent. If she doesn’t say yes, then you don’t have consent. Consent isn’t something implied. Consent isn’t something that is available until taken away. Consent is never yours unless you have been told you have it.

I don’t give a flying fuck how things used to be. There is no location on earth where you “had it coming.” There is no place in this country that you should avoid to not be raped. I also want to address the boys who say they are also victims.

I genuinely hope that when you end up in prison, you have the type of roommate who is able to explain to you what being a victim of sexual assault really is. I can’t think of a more fitting and appropriate punishment to show these pieces of shit what consent really is, and what happens when you have it taken from you.

On the day these boys are truly shown the inside of a prison cell, I’ll personally send their roommates as much Vaseline as they want. Don’t worry, it’s not wrong. Everyone knows that going to prison is like swimming with alligators, right?
