SNIP: New reports have detailed what Doe reported to Cornell University's police following the incident.
CBS News New York obtained a transcript of Doe's interviews with campus police that began on 14 November - more than three weeks after the incident.
She tells police of the initial sexual encounter: "I was pretty OK with all of this."
But the outlet reports that she said of what happened later: "I can say with 100% confidence I was raped."
The district attorney told CBS News he had never seen the transcript of the interview with campus police.
Van Houten told the BBC he had only received a signed shorter statement from the alleged victim and a screenshot of the Snapchat messages.

IOW, it leaves out a critical statement she made AFTER discovering that the encounter she originally said was consensual DIDN'T end with the threesome she actually agreed to with a boyfriend and another friend. THAT is what she was "pretty OK with", NOT what happened after her boyfriend went to sleep after their agreed upon three-some.
She is suing the BF & his friend TOO because she was left naked, extremely drugged, and unprotected in a bedroom in the frat house where the friend of her BF and several other frat members took advantage of her drugged mental state.
Clearly, she was unable to give consent at that point and, while in a drug-induced compliant state, told to snort Ketamine and then gang raped.
Ketamine causes a disassociative state, memory hole amnesia, and vivid dreams & hallucinations.**
So, it came out that the prosecutor was unaware of her FULL statement because Cornell allegedly didn't send the whole statement to him.
There is not yet any solid proof that he only received the shortened version, but, either way, it does make sense that the prosecutor may have figured that he couldn't convict based on the short version. He may also have had concerns about the fact that the night began with her claimed consent prior to the introduction of the drugs that caused her disassociative state so as to be unable to consent to what happened afterward with at least 5 other men.
Also keep in mind that she was quite intoxicated when she arrived there in the first place, so the initial consent was shaky. Her claim that she was already intoxicated seems to be supported by some of her Sorority sisters and customers atathe bar they were at earlier in the evening.
Wikipedia:
** Ketamine induces a dissociative state, temporarily altering how a person perceives time, sight, sound, and their own body. It acts primarily as an NMDA receptor antagonist and is used medically for anesthesia, treatment-resistant depression, and pain management.
The effects of ketamine vary significantly depending on the dosage, how it is administered, and the setting in which it is used.
Short-Term Effects
Short-term effects typically begin within minutes and can last anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.
• Psychological & Sensory Alterations:
Dissociation (feeling detached from your body or reality), distorted visual and auditory perceptions, a floating sensation, and vivid, dream-like states. Higher doses can induce a profound state of detachment often referred to as a "K-hole."
• Physical & Motor Changes: Pain relief (analgesia), reduced coordination, numbness, slurred speech, and muscle stiffness or involuntary twitching.
In a world where you can be anything, choose to be kind.![]()
