Two things...she missed on the pronunciation of 'mozzarella' (unless maybe she's British) and the bread crust actually does sound interesting. I'd use both feta and mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach leaves and bacon and probably use a white sauce instead of tomato and drop the cream topping for more mozzarella on top.
