I don't make pizza at home but I might try it with the bread when my grandkids visit. Their dad is 100% Italian and an excellent cook. They have grown up eating Italian food, including lots of homemade pizza (homemade dough crust as well) so it would be interesting to hear what they think about a bread crust.
