Having read this very good book, I think it confirms very much the dealings, PM must have had with Ronan he has told us about on several occasions.
I think it confirms my own opinion, that Caroline (Just about) surviving the 1970s was a minor Miracle, & bringing it back in 1983 - was a MAJOR miracle - despite Ronan's Shenanigans - or because of them? We will never know I guess.
The FULL true story of 1980 - 83 would be a best-seller: How about it, Peter Moore?

Yes, it is an interesting read, with a lot of detail on the behind the scenes operation and Ronan's chaotic business dealings. I couldn't put it down and I ended-up reading the whole book in one session, only taking breaks to make cups of tea.
