I know what you mean about the FM band getting busier.

There was a high spot back home on the west coast of Scotland where you could easily receive Irish radio both pirate and licensed.

After living in England a few years I returned home in the early 2000's but had been warned by Ken Scotland that the band got busier. I headed to my favourite listening spot and was dismayed by how overcrowded the 100-108 part of the band had become. There was one local station, Argyll FM taking up three channels. Was that necessary?

I hope you are correct re the band being less busy in the coming.
