Yes I think it is. Signal down a few db here. The signal suffered a couple of periods of distortion during Pat's show yesterday that sounded similar to the previous issue they had with the higher power tx.
The 648 signal level this morning corresponds to that when they were on the lower power tx (2kw?) earlier in the month. Previous Message
