strange, only one more thing to suggest, click the little padlock on the left of the address bar, click "Cookies and Site Data" then "Manage Cookies and Site Data" there should be one Radio Caroline cookie, click the bin icon to remove it. Then hold the shift key and click the reload icon to the left of the Home icon.

Looks like just me, how odd.

I am on the same versions of Chrome & Windows, Mark, and tried your suggestion, but the bastard thing is not having it!

Try clearing the cache, Settings> Privacy and Security> Clear Browsing Data, Just select Cached Images and Files
