British DX Club Communication, report on Alan Beech's talk to last Southampton meeting includes
"Caroline had spoken to Spirit Radio in Ireland about their two redundant DX25 transmitters and whether they could use the Spirit site, aerial and transmitters still there. But this would need an Irish licence and for Caroline to have a legal presence (office) in Ireland. So this idea is now "on the back burner"
