Integration was not the best solution. The only good thing about integration was the delivery of protection and security, and even that has not been achieved 100%. Police brutality and the fatal shooting of Black folks for no reason continued. We saw wealthy Blacks being arrested at the doorstep of their own houses because some white guy believed they were thieves. Remember seeing a southern restaurant in "2022" on Youtube that refused to serve a Black KID!! Anyway, social discrimination is still there on so many levels, so, what was this damnn integration good for?

Know of him, and I think his story is exactly the kind of knowledge our kids need during Black History Month.
Sometimes I think there's too much emphasis on the Civil Rights struggle vs what guys like Frederick Jones were able to accomplish under very very dangerous times for AAs.
And yes, many Black folks succeeded during the worst of times like Jim Crow etc.
And then came "integration"!
