Wow, those three Black guys in the back of your pic look very sophisticated. Indeed, the Natives were and still are today, like most folks, ensconced in the zeitgeist of the day. Indians even enslaved Indians. It was common all over the planet.

Below, of course, you know the Arabs still had white slaves through the late 1800s, into the early 1900s, actually.
