China in this context is doing much better than Russia with its African allies, China has established comprehensive "strategic partnerships" with the entire continent, and there are several countries in Africa where China has built physical assets like roads, railways, bridges, and power grids, great stuff indeed,.. also built institutions that maintain health, education, and security standards.
