Great guy(photo below when he was beaten in Selma)

I saw him next to MLK a few times during MLK interviews. Early in his life, Lafayette knew that the pursuit of social justice would be central to his life. After seeing the abuse his grandmother received on segregated streetcar system, he was filled with an emotional feeling that he would never forget. RIP!!
