I think China is playing the same imperialist game as its Western counterparts by extracting raw materials from regions like Africa while exporting finished manufactured goods, mirroring traditional patterns of economic "exploitation". Keep in mind that China has deep economic presence, infrastructure investments, and lending practices in Zambia, btw many believe that Zambia is owned by China. Also Zambia has become the first African country to accept Chinese yuan(currency) for mining taxes and royalties. WTH? LOL
