How many people can afford such?? But, I agree it is a good concept to behold, IF, that is what a person wants....

I marvel at some of our children....the 2 older ones married right out of college and had their families....the 2 younger married at 34 years old....and they are dealing with their children in colleges/ universitites, while they are in their late 50's and into the 60's...while those that had children in their 20's are traveling the world, while they can...and still going strong.....and there you go.... ,
