Brian, sad but true. I was surprised , as a lot of Polish men settled here after WW2. I worked with a lady whose husband was Polish. After the fall of the Soviet Union, he was able to go back and meet relatives. He used to meet fellow Polish men at Reading, once a month, I think it was a Catholic church organisation.
