No wonder the NHS has no money. On Friday last week I managed to see a doctor at the Glen practice and was told that a referral was going to be sent to the hospital for me. On Monday I received a phone text from the Glen to say the referral had been sent. This morning I received a letter from the NHS stating the exactually the same thing that I had received in the phone text. I have every faith in the NHS and always will do, but common stop this wastage.
