3 Hours seems a little long with suspected heart problems...... I live in the Western Suburbs of Sydney and the last time I required hospitalisation, an Ambulance arrived within 10 minutes of the phone call, I was checked over by the Paramedics and was in Hospital within 30 minutes, without the need for ""Lights and Sirens""..... I must admit that there are 6 very large Modern (2 are Teaching Facilities) within 30 minutes (maximum time) driving time of my home.
