Thomas Don’t knock it it’s normal practice. It shows that the system is linking up.

We get texts from Leeds hospitals and given a code number so that you can sign in. However there is a time limit on the code and then another is sent. We do not get letters from Leeds hospitals or e mails.

A rubbish system.

On one occasion I tried 5 times to pick up the info. System no good for us older people. Had to phone hospital to finally clarify what was going on. There had Ben three appointments made and two cancelled. Only by the phone call were things clarified.
