Good afternoon Cllr Ellison,
I hope you are well.
Why I am contacting you is because of speculation about the Council telling Durham Court residents that they are going to have to move out.
Resident were also told that they will be compensated & the quicker they move the larger the amount they will receive.
This matter seems to be top secret so can you as a Hebburn Councillor tell me what is happening.
I have an idea & hope I am wrong.
Looking forward to your reply before more & more rumours start.
