Whatever you do whilst driving please take a break at least every 2 hours or less.
I found on Tuesday that because I drove for between 2 1/2 to 3 hours none stop that I had overnight cramps.
Most of the driving was motorway so using cruise control in the main. Rarely changed gear except on the Western bypass. Car is manual change.
I have not drove a long distance for a while so maybe that’s part of it. There could be other factors involved though.
Just be aware of possible problems.
