May I suggest you visit a Pharmacy/Chemist and obtain some MAGNESIUM Tablets or Capsules.....Having been a professional heavy vehicle driver (buses and semi trailers) for a number of years, I used to get night cramps that would launch me out of bed and have me hobbling up and down the hallway until the cramp settled down, I take one 150g Magnesium tablet in the morning and one just before bed and have not had a night cramp for several years.
