Will you please check that the thread heading is modified to suit what you are going to say.

The Durham Court thread down below switched to care home discussion but kept the same heading.

In recent weeks we have had the original tread with say 4 or 5 replies but then under the same heading 6 or more with a change of subject linked or otherwise.

This is happening quite a lot these days. It may not be necessary to go to a new thread in a lot of cases.
