If you go to the very top of Norman's site you will see [Post a Response]. Click on that and it will open up a window that you can then put in 'Your Name', 'Subject' then type in your "Message'. You can preview your message 'Preview' Button before posting, make changes if necessary, and then hit 'Post' Button. Hope this helps.
