Liz, that is dreadful and you have to ask for what. On the leaflet we got with ours, more than half all monies collected go on adult and children’s services. If you try to ring the council you just get asked to press different numbers and end back at the beginning. I was trying to pay for my garden waste collection that has changed this year. In the end I did it on line, which I’m never very confident about, but it worked.
