I passed my driving test in January 1960 used BSM opposite the Church in the Haymarket.

Car a sit up and beg Ford Popular. If I remember correctly all done in Jesmond and Gosforth area.

Dad bought me a car in the March. I’m onto my 16 th car now.

I wonder how many different car the I’ve drove, most when diving as spelled other lads on many trips.

Never drove anything other than cars though.
