The other day I read that last year the NHS wrote off £250 million in NHS treatment to foreigners who never paid what they owed, personally I think that tourists from countries that we don’t have reciprocal arrange nuts with should be made to take our travel insurance when flying to the UK, no insurance no admittance. Airlines who fly in heavily pregnant women, who are obviously health tourists should be given a very substantial fine. Sorry if this upsets people but I don’t see why we should be constantly funding an NHS system that squanders the Tax Payers money.
