That is the NHS greatest problem. Inefficiency plus incompetence and not using properly joined up systems.
Here in Derbyshire I get all my appointments cancellations etc by email and text. But they still send me letters which obviously arrive way after the texts and the letters are costly and unnecessary.
Its 2025 NHS !!!!
